Jocelyn R.C. is a multi-skilled teenager, born December 3, 1988.

Having taken piano lessons for eleven years of her life, beginning at age 5, she's a capable pianist and songwriter (she plays guitar as well). Since the age of 9, she's explored all types of writing including journalism, speech-writing, short stories, screenwriting, poetry, social criqitue/satire, persuasive/expository/comparitve writing (required in school).

In the world of poetry, Jocelyn's work has been published in several anthologies between the years 2001 and 2004. She's been invited to poetry conventions on the east coast.

In the music world, Jocelyn's alias is Someone Yell Cut.

At age 17, she combined the best of songs that she'd ever written onto one album entitled "This Was Filmed On A Weekend in December"...to hear some sample tracks, go here.

Jocelyn wrote her first feature-length screenplay when she was twelve. Needless to say, it sucked. But she's been writing screenplays, both feature and short, ever since. She began directing/editing at age fourteen, and has made short films, films for school projects, a sports film for a friend who's looking to get a lacrosse scholarship.

Jocelyn is a co-founder of SNYFF with Jesse Harris (New Ocean Pictures). She's a volunteer for the Youth Suicide Prevention Program at her school and is also involved in LINK (a program at her school that helps welcome incoming freshmen).
